Regular Prescription Pads are the prescription order blanks a doctor uses to write prescriptions for a wide variety of non-controlled drugs, and for medical tests and exams.

Prescription pad sizes are usually 4-1/4 x 5-1/2, allowing for a snug fit in the doctor’s lab coat pocket. The size, however, is entirely up to your medical staff, and we are happy to accommodate your needs.
