Stapled corner or side – this is used for smaller sets that do not need a formal look.
Saddle stitched – this is when the book is printed on paper stock twice the size of the pages and folded in half. The staples are driven thru the folded area in the middle to hold all the pages together.
GBC – this is known as a comb binding, small rectangle holes are punched in one side of the sheets and then are bound with a plastic binding strip.
Spiral – this a spring like binding strip, small circular holes are punch in one side of the sheets and then are bound with this plastic binding strip. The advantage of this type of binding is that all the pages can be flipped over to the back of the book. This reduces the amount of table space that is needed to open and read this booklet.
Tape Binding – this is just as it sounds; a tape like material is glued to one end of the books to glue the pages together. This is similar to a hard covered book that you would find in a book store.
