Kwik Kopy Printing’s Die Cutting service is a process that is used to generate a large number of the same shaped objects from different forms of materials. These materials can include vinyl, fabric, polymers, and paper. Many manufactured products contain die cut components, which are assembled to build a finished product.

Sharp blades specially designed are used in our die cutting service. The blade is bent and connected to a strong backing resulting in what is known as die. The material is placed on a flat surface supported by backing and when the die is pressed it can cut through a single or multiple layers of material.
